Administrative Enrolment
All students/former students may request an official transcript of their academic performance from the Student Administration Office with the following exceptions.
Postgraduate students who left University prior to September 2003 - Prior to September 2003 grades for postgraduate modules were not held centrally by Student Administration. Requests for a transcript should be directed to your old school.
Undergraduate Nursing students - With the exception of visiting nursing students and top up nursing students, requests for transcripts detailing nursing modules should be directed to the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health.
Research students - Transcripts are not issued for Research students.
Current students can request an official transcript but should note that they have access to download an unofficial copy of their academic history details via the portal. Students are issued with a final transcript without charge when they complete their period of study at the University, subject to fulfilling all academic and administrative requirements.
We will aim to deal with a transcript request within 10 working days. However, during busy periods, this may take longer. Please note that only the person to whom the transcript relates can make a request. Transcripts can either be collected from Student Administration, emailed or posted directly to the student or a third party. If you wish to email your request, please complete the attached form and email to Student Administration with your payment details. Please note that there is a credit card surcharge.
Pick up or posted in the UK: £10 for initial copy and £1 per additional copy ordered at the same time.
Posted outside the UK: £15 for initial copy and £1 per additional copy ordered at the same time.
